RF Acquisition prices $10M IPO, trading starts today

RF Acquisition (RFACU) priced its 10M units IPO at $10/unit; units will be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol, “RFACU” commencing today.
Each unit consists of one share, par value $0.0001 per share, one redeemable warrant wherein each warrant holder is entitled to purchase one share at $11.5/share.
EarlyBirdCapital, underwriters representative, granted 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5M units.
Offer is expected to close on Mar.28.
